Blue Tree Management
Bayshore West Marina is managed by and forms part of the Blue Tree Family of companies, which is the developor of the prestigious and award-winning Bayshore Gardens residential and commercial development. The area was developed over a 10 year period concluding in 2006, and since that time Blue Tree Management has continued to support the sustainability of the community through various business and community minded endeavours in the neighbourhood.

President
Hiro is well-known as a person who devoted to Bayshore Development in Coal Harbour for decades. His dedication to create the first-class residential community located just behind this marina facility from bare land is one of his careers. His most important policy as a real estate developer is to create a new enjoyable life and community for the people to be occupied. Bayshore West Marina was redeveloped in 2000 and Hiro was closely working with a the-then- operator. He earned the know-how and created his own management plan when he decided to manage directly. Hiro communicates with clients, staff, vendors and associates to make them happy. And he will continue to commit to this irreplaceable Vancouver’s jewel for all of the boat lovers.
Tom Griffiths
Site Manager
Tom has extensive experience and history working on tugboats up and down the coast. His first marine job was working for the Coast Guard in Prince Rupert at age of 16 since then he has spent his whole life either on the water or by the water. Tom is also very knowledgeable in plumbing and general maintenance matters and he handles most of the day-to-day maintenance issues by himself. His character is social, mature, fit and a very likeable person. All of our clients are great fans of him.
Yukari Iwasaki
Office Manager
Yukari’s preciseness is far better than any accounting device. Although her background is not accounting but more on art related matters, she has earned new careers after Immigrating to Canada immediately after graduating from a university in Japan. By involving various business experiences under Blue Tree Group for the last 10 years, she plays a key role for the marina operation as well. With her better-than computer chip memory, she remembers all client account histories and backgrounds. She never makes a mistake! She is absolutely the treasurer of our marina.
